Shakira “Can’t Remember To Forget You” FT Rihanna

Finally Colombian singer and song writer Shakira is out with her new song ”Can’t Remember to Forget You” which is slightly released on January 13, 2014 through RCA Records and Sony Latin Lberia. “Can’t Remember to Forget You” is a song for her upcoming forth English and overall tenth studio album with a featuring vocals by Barbadian recording artist Rihanna.

It is the lead single album which song was co – written by Shakira, Rihanna, John Hill, ”Tom ”Kid Harpoon” Hull, Daniel Ledinsky and Erik Hassle. The production of the song was handled by Shakira, Hill and Hull. The track is uptempo new wave track that put together elements of reggae. Lyrically the song considers around forgetting someone who is bad even though you love the person.

 

Upon its release ”Can’t Remember to Forget You” was met with mixed evaluations, with critics praising the ska fluences but the song was not memorable. The music video of the song was surmise in a Los Angles residence and directed by Joseph Kahn.
